DH changes his towels after about 3 showers.
(I use the master bathroom and he uses the other).

I seem to be the only one who uses a terry robe out of the shower. I do use a towel for my hair, which i take a new one daily.

is this bc you were raised like this?
do you think you are dirty when you get out the shower?
are you grossed out by the fact that it was once wet?
I am trying to understand this more bc it is a constant arguement in my house and i want to make sure i address the problem correclty

i was raised using a new towel after every shower.
When i lived in Rome it was a PITA to do laundry so i TRIED to use the towel more than once. . . but that only lasted a day I was so disgusted by it! I feel like the towel never REALLY gets dry and it smells like . . . well, a wet towel
and it just grosses me out to use a dirty towel on my nice clean body!
i actually told my mom once that people use towels more than once and she couldnt believe it LOL she probably still thinks i am lying

Honestly, it skeeves me out to think of using a wet towel again after it dries....I don't know why

Every Wednesday....
We live in an apt and have to go to the laundromat - we go every other Wednesday.
IMO you are at your cleanest when you use the towel. It has 24 hours to dry before I use it again.

we only use the dryer when its raining or really cold out - we have a clothes line
and honestly, i cant bring myself to reuse the towel anyway - so even if we used the dryer every day. . . i still couldnt do it!
