Quick question....

So being that I'm new to all this, I have a questions about CD1...
Since coming off BC, my cycles have been very regular, however I'm a little confused as to what to count exactly as CD 1
For example, normally when my cycle starts (let's say on a Sunday, for example)....well that Sunday all there will be will be just a little bit of brown spotting....and mostly only when I wipe (sorry for TMI). Anyway, the full fury of AF (cramps and all the other fun stuff) normally will then start on Monday.
So my question is ..... is Sunday my CD 1 or is Monday my CD1???

I believe it's your first day of heavy flow that is considered CD 1. I think more doctors consider this way.
If you are charting on a website, they consider it different however. MMC considers spotting as CD1 I believe and FF considers first heavy flow CD1.
