Questions for your doctor..

I am going to see my OB next week to talk about TTC'ing and next steps even though it's a little early (6 months). Anyone have some good questions I should be sure to ask?

I just went for my yearly and decided to ask my dr. We are not TTC just yet but I like to have all my homework done before starting anything.

I just basically said DH and I are thinking of starting to TTC in a few months and the dr just kinda took it from there. When she said, "do you have any questions?" I said nope, you got them all!

Here are some questions I went in with...
previous medical history and how that can affect pregnancy and TTC

current medications and if they are safe to take while pregnant

do they feel I am at a healthy weight to TTC or should I loose a few pounds

when to start taking prenatal vitamins and if OTC ones are as good as prescription...also what are the benefits of taking them

coming off the pill

quit smoking
