Question for those that chart???
I usually temp at 6:15 AM.
The other morning I had to get out of bed before hand--DH was locked out of the house and needed to get back in.
My temp that moring was really low.
And then this morning the alarm went off twice and I had to get out of bed.
My temp was really high on that one.
Would you chart these temps or just ignore them???

Re: Question for those that chart???
How "off the mark" were they timewise? When in your cycle did they occur? I would likely just log them in until you have enough temps logged that you can see a pattern.
Usually, it won't matter much- you are looking for a distinct temp shift rather than at individual temps.

Re: Question for those that chart???
It happened on DPO 5 and DPO 6.
DPO 5 was 96.5 and DPO 6 was 98.2 but there was a clear shift before hand.
The beginning of my cycle was around 96.5 and then it shifted to 97.4.
Now my temp has been in the 98 range for 4 days now.
What does it mean when you have another shift???
Does it mean anything???
TIA
