Another chart question...

OK I have been charting and it is still early in my cycle - CD 8.

My cycle is 24 days.

Tuesday (cd 6) and Wednesday (cd 7) I got pink lines on the OPK, but noy quite as dark as the reference line so I put them in as negatives.

I just ook the OPK today and my line is much fainter than the previous 2 days... barely visible. My chart does not show any temp. increase.... I am going to try to post it....

Any ideas on what is going on with me??? Thanks.. Chat Icon

Grr image is too big, I can't post it...

Can yous ee now?

Re: Another chart question...

Can you resize it and post it?
Did you take today's OPK at a different time? Was your urine more diluted?

Re: Another chart question...

Kathy I THINK I just FM'd it to you... not sure tho! I took the OPK same time each day...and if anything today was LESS diluted than the 2 previous days.... I swear the month I did 9-11-13 was the only time it worked for me!! And as far a CM... I haven't noticed what I am supposed to notice, but then again we had BD'd every night just to try to be sure this month so, I can't even judge it...Chat Icon

Re: Another chart question...

The LH in our bodies, sometimes fluctuates. Just like all hormones. The line may be darker one day, because you are picking up more of the hormone and the next it could be lighter. Also, each individual test, has it's own amount of dye. Don't stress yourself about it going lighter. Just make sure it's the same or darker than the reference line. Your temps are decreasing Kara, which can signal that O is coming. You usually O cd 10, so hopefully by tomorrow you get the surge. Sometimes, though, you may surge, the same day you O. Keep the bding going of course. What position is your cervix ? Is it high up and hard to reach ?

Re: Another chart question...

Ahhh OK I see from your other chart that last month you O'd on cd10. Keep using the OPKs each day, I dont think you have O'd yet.

Re: Another chart question...

Thanks Michelle....but the line has not yet been as dark as the reference line, unfortunately...

I can't find my cervix, my OB told me that I am very "deep"!!!!!!!!

PS - I am so embarassed, you all probably now want me to come over and heat your homes this winter!!

Re: Another chart question...

Hey kara,

I checked out your previous chart and compared to this cycle, your o date is incorrect, for your previous chart. Although you were temping at different times, I would have to say you O'd cd 12 last cycle. Be patient, O is probably coming in a few days. You had an increase today but your temps are on the lower side to show ovulation. Based on your previous charts, I would say your post O temps are usually in the high 97's.
