When I could afford it, every week.
Now I do them myself. But if you want, you really could stretch it to every 2-3 weeks.
I find it really depends on what type of shoes you wear during the week. Like if I wear sandals I can go 3 weeks, but in the winter, when I wear close toed shoes I find they don't last as long b/c the polish gets rubbed/chipped off.

in the summer---i try for every 2 wks--but if not---every 3 wks.
i LOVE pedis so i try and go as much as i can.

the place is go is  so usually every 3 weeks from april/may-september/october.
in the wintertime, i usually only get one maybe 2x... or if i have a wedding or something to go to
