Question for BF moms-sore nipples
I've been using the lanolin for the past few days but it doesn't seem to be helping.
My nipples are so sore and cracked I can't BF. It hurts waaaaaay too much!
Does anyone know of some other remedy that will help?

rub some breastmilk on them and let it air dry for as long as possible

When I left the hospital, my nipples were SO SORE with scabs of blood on it! 
THe hospital gave me Lansinoh (lanolin) to sooth the nipples and on top of that, I also dab some extra breast milk on them to let them air dry for about 10 minutes before I put on my bra.
So far, no cracked nipples and the soreness is minimum.
My Dr. also recommended these nipple shields when nursing if your nipples are really bothering you.

the only thing that really helped me was the gel soothie pads...they were amazing and totally helped heal my nipples.

mine arent cracked but soooo sore. when LO latches on at first i swear i stop breathing for 3 minutes

The latching on is the worst but then it gets a little better. I just ordered a pump this morning so maybe that will help
