Question about nipples maybe TMI?
So yesterday my breasts were really sore and dry, and so I wanted to put some lanisoh ointment on them so they wouldn't itch...
I noticed my nipples had leaked a tiny bit maybe earlier in the day because it was like a little dried up liquid from them (Sorry if this is TMI)
I'm 23 weeks so hopefully this is normal....anyone else experience something similar?

Yes, I am 28 weeks already but in the last few weeks I have leaked a few times. Sometimes I have noticed it like you with the driness and dried up liquid but a couple of times already happened that I'm home and my shirt gets wet (about the size of a dime or a quarter)

Yup.. I noticed the dried up stuff in my bra and get them a little squeeze last week.. Sure enough.. I'm leaking. Last night, I was helping DH put up the crib and I leaned over and smushed my boob on the raill.... Leaked... 
I was 28 when I noticed it for sure.. but, I think it might have happened a few times before that.

i'm so sorry i didn't see this until now - YES 100% normal. I asked my OB about this awhile ago....i saw that same 'stuff' in them....kinda white/off white'ish... She said that's normal and actually a GOOD sign.
I'm ALSO using the lansinoh right now too (every night) - to 'prepare' my nipples for breastfeeding. I have to admit - they are MUCH softern than they have EVER been before...so i'm hoping that will help alleviate cracking/chafing once breastfeeding starts...
