Question About Yogurt???
What kind do you give your DC's. I've tried the yo baby ones and DS flat out refused. He pushed my hand away and turned his head to the side. So I gave. Then someone suggested I try the trix ones. So I tried it and he loved it. I tried the yo baby ones with the fruity flavors but he still refused.
Are these trix yogurt any good for them? It's the only way this kid will eat yogurt. I tried one and they are yummy...LOL I actually asked the doctor if it was ok that I was giving him this and he said yes.
How much yogurt should they have?

I've never looked at the content, but I'd think the trix ones would have a lot of sugar in them.
I am sort of surprised the dr said that was ok, but maybe they don't have as much sugar as I thought they did.
You could try plain yogurt and mix some fresh fruit in.

I can try that too I guess. But on the trix yogurt it says yoplait. So it's made by them...

We do the YoBaby yogurt. I guess I should be glad that DD likes it. I give her a yogurt every other day.
