Question about TTC and yeast infection
If you have and treat a yeast infection - then TTC a few weeks later....would it be 'safe'? or is this something that has to clear out of your system (the medication) for a longer period of time?

Here's what I found in a google search...
Most women asked, "Can I become pregnant while I am having a yeast infection?" You certainly can. But the downside is, the infection can pass to your partner. While it might not harm the baby, it surely can pass to your partner. So the only recommended way to treat for yeast infection while trying to conceive is the natural way.
While trying to conceive, do not take any oral drugs to treat yeast infection, as this may disrupt you body system. The best way to conceive while having an infection is, by not having an infection.
While having yeast infection, trying to conceive can be painful and uncomfortable. Therefore, it is advisable to cure your infection first. This will make sure you don't pass the infection to your partner while trying to conceive. And intercourse is much more enjoyable without the infection anyway.

There is no harm in trying to conceive, or getting pregnant, with a yeast infection. This infection is confined to the vagina and does not change the pH of the vagina enough to prevent conception.
