Question about showing the house...?

I guess the best bet is to keep my mouth SHUT and let the house sell itself (with my agent there as back-up). Again, I appreciate your answers. See, tonight's showing could have gone in the wrong direction if I didn't talk it out on here first!

When we sold our 2 previous houses, we had a lock box both times.
They still scheduled appointments and I still required an hour notice.

I actually didn't like being home and I felt like buyers didn't like me there either. People always came with agents and I stayed out of the way if I was home.

Honestly, I felt like if they asked me a question I might answer it wrong and I didn't want to be put in that position.
