Question about pumped milk and hurricane??
I pump once a day and my husband feeds the baby the bottle of breast milk.
Now with this hurricane will my milk that i pumped that is in the fridge go bad if we have a power outage?

If the power goes out, yes it will go bad. It needs to be frozen or refrigerated. If I were you, I'd keep a cooler/ice ready just in case!

My husband went out and got ice and put it in a cooler.. I just don't know how long that will keep it good for?
So if the power goes out it will go bad :(.. Ugh all that milk to waste..

BM is good at room temperature for up to 10 hours. If you're only pumping enough for your husband to feed your DC each day then you shouldn't have a problem at all.
