Question about pumped milk

I know that pumped milk can stay out for 5-7 hours. But if you re-refridgerate it can you "start over" with the 5-7 rule?

DD has issues initially latching so we let her sip the bottle to get her going before she goes on the boob.

I change bottles and nipples before reusing the milk.

i prob wouldn't go that long....the second time around...but you can always test it (smell/taste) to be sure!
