Question about peeing

Am i the only pregnant person in the world that's NOT peeing every three minutes?

Not that I'm complaining, but I'm worried that maybe it's because I'm not drinking enough? (though i am drinking twice what i used to)

Re: Question about peeing

How far along are you? I didn't pee that often in the beginning. Started peeing more when she got bigger and could actually be on my bladder.

I did pee at least once or twice in the middle of the night from early on. But during the day, I was normal.

Re: Question about peeing

Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm 12 weeks along now.

I rarely wake up in the middle of the night to pee.

Re: Question about peeing

Just feel lucky. Because it SUCKS. I wake up every 1.5 hours overnight as if an alarm went off. And I'm not drinking enough, too. He says 64 oz at least and I'm barely getting in 50. I hate it.

Re: Question about peeing

I'm 29.5 weeks, and I usually only get up once at night to pee, which I did before being PG anyhow. During the day, it varies. Some days I go frequently, some days not as much. I always went relatively often before being pregnant, so it's not a huge change for me. I am starting to have days when I have to go again just a few minutes after going, and that's annoying.

Re: Question about peeing

im 18.5 weeks now and from the beginning i never really had to pee that much during the day, but once like 6:00 hits i am in the bathroom at least once an hour... after i go to sleep though it has tapered off a little to waking up either once or twice a night (big improvement from the 4-5 times during to first tri).. not looking foward to the third when LO starts getting bigger and bigger

Re: Question about peeing

the peeing all the time didn't come until later for me. I want to say like third trimester. Maybe because I have a long torso so baby wasn't on my bladder until she was bigger Chat Icon

Re: Question about peeing

I've never had that issue really. At 39 weeks, I've only gotten up to pee a few times. I've had a healthy pregnancy up until the last week and I've been told to up my water more.

Re: Question about peeing

I am almost 19 weeks and it isn't that bad and I do drink a lot of fluids. I know as the baby gets bigger it will get worse.

Re: Question about peeing

I didn't pee like crazy, well at the end. I went often, but even at the end I only woke up once a night.

Re: Question about peeing

At 12 weeks, I was waking up once per night. Now, I usually wake up 2-3 times. I don't even want to think about how bad it's going to be at the end.

wait until the 3rd tri!! Chat Icon

you're still verrrry early. the non stop peeing doesn't happen until the little one sets up shop on top of your bladder. then you'll come back to this post and laugh...Chat Icon
