Question about DPO
Okay so i got my smiley of my OPK on Sunday.
Monday and Today i got peak on my CBEFM. According to Mymonthleycycle.com i O yesterday. So would today be 1DPO??

Yes, if you got your peak yesterday, you would be 1DPO...i don't think it's 100% accurate, as you could still be ovulating today, but it certainly is a good reference point

Yes, I got a call back from my RE that I was surging yesterday....still no peak on CBEFM, but I think that it might be b/c I get up every night about 3am to pee, and then I test at 7am, so not sure if the hormone is concentrated enough....I am trusting my blood test more....they told me to BD today and tomorrow...I'll also throw in a 3rd day for good measure
