2-3 DPO and a question.... sorry if TMI
Okay, I finally timed it right this month, I am wondering, if I had spotting 2-3 DPO what does that mean? I usually get the spotting right after I ovulate, not a few days later. It was like a small string of red blood, then it went away and then before it was a brownish/reddish in my clear cervical mucus.... is this normal? what can it be? Sorry if TMI, I am just so intune with my body right now....

Could it be that you O later this month? and hence the spotting??
If you were only 2-3 DPO there is no way it could be implantation spotting, it would be too early....so I assume it was O spotting....

Some women experience experience some spotting around ovulation (before and/or after) related to hormonal changes that occur with ovulation. unless it was very heavy, it should be nothing to be concerned about. If you are still worried though, give your GYN a quick call so (s)he can set your mind at ease.
