Question About CD1
What do you count as CD1? I often get AF late afternoon/night or I will spot the day before it becomes heavy.
Should I count the first FULL day that I have AF?
Curious to see where everyone is at.

Re: Question About CD1
if i got it around 8pm or so, i considered that day CD1 - but if it was really late, like 11 pm, the next day would be CD1.

Re: Question About CD1
I am the same way The girls on here have told me to go by flow not spotting. So that is what I have been considering day 1. I agree w/ if it is really late counting the next day. I usually go to bed w/ spotting if even that, and then wake up to AF. Lovely I know.

Re: Question About CD1
Same thing happens to me, usually for DAYS before AF actually shows up. I was told that CD1 is the day you need a pad/tampon for the flow. If you're just lightly spotting, don't count that.
eta: if you get it really late at night/overnight, count the next day as CD1.

Re: Question About CD1
Yes, I would do the same and count the first day you have a red flow and need to use a pad/tampon as CD1. Even if you get it at night.
