question...
when would you count the first day of your period if the first 2 days were ONLY spotting? Meaning I wiped saw blood and never saw it the rest of the day. would it be those days or the third day when there was a regular flow? I cant figure out when AF will arrive this month? I had a miscarriage previously so I am trying to get the #s on track of whats what. TIA

If the first two days were just spotting, I would count the third day as CD1.

i agree. if you only spotted one time then didn't see it for the rest of the day... i'd count the 1st day of regular flow as CD1

I asked my Dr this question since I started clomid this cycle and need to know which days to take it....He said Day one is the first day you see anything.
