I drink a ridiculous amount of beverages.
about 2 liters of water, plus at least 2 cups of coffee or tea, and probably 1 or 2 servings of soda/juice.
I think my insides are swimming 
I don't drink milk though...only in my coffee...I am a cheese eater.

I don't drink milk, but I definitely have the recommended amount of water. I keep a large water bottle at my desk at work, and I make sure I fill it up 3 times during the day. It's a pain in the beginning, but after a while it becomes habit, and you start craving the water throughout the day.
