** QOTD 9/8/10 **
We always talk about names that we love for kids... what about names that you refuse to use...?? what is your reason for not using them??
There are a lot of names i wont use only because there is already someone in our families with that name... like Michael & Joe... we have like 7 of them between the two of us...
The only name outside of that is Andrew - because its the name of my friends ex-husband that was physically abusive to her...

well i dont have specific names i hate or dont wanna use...but DH is so funny when you list names. When my sister was pregnant with my niece we were hanging out and thinking of names for her. So every name that any of us said, DH would be like "oh hell no..." haha. every name we mentioned he associated it with someone that he knew as a kid or something.
good thing i already have my names picked out and DH agrees...or I'd be in big trouble lol

My uncle was like that... lol every name he would come up with something that rhymed with it... and wouldnt you know they named him Douglas and everyone including my uncle calls him Doug the Bug... lol

i wouldnt use DH's name - i just dont believe in naming kids after a relative
also i have always loved Justin but since DH cousin is named that and he has the same last name thats out

there are TONS of names i cant use! im a teacher so when i have a student that drives me bonkers all year and i yell that name all year long- that name is officially OUT

Anything beginning with a P or an F. I would not allow my child to go around with the initials "P.U." or "F.U."!!!
