I used to be a huge nail biter, I don’t even know how I stopped. And now when I think about biting them, my mouth gets this weird feeling

Worst habit is eating fast food verses cooking a healthy meal.
I keep my house stocked with fruits, veggies, nuts and lean meats, yet I also seem to pick up something quick from mcdonalds or Wendy's all the time.

Yay, congrats on quitting smoking!!
My worst habit at the moment is my addiction to my phone.
I have to respond to work emails 24x7 so I am constantly checking my email/news/etc.

I would have to say mine is procrastination. I have a habit of waiting until the last minute to do things, but I also work much better under pressure.
