I'd get a boob lift!!! I'm only 31 but the girls r not really where they should be! Haha! I keep telling DH once I'm done having kids I'm getting them fixed. I'm sure by then they'll be in even worse shape!

Right now I very content with my body. After children, depending upon how I bounce back, I would not mind a tummy tuck.
I also have a small chest, but I have learned to embrace it. I feel as though a large chest would just get into the way.

Boob job after I am done having babies. I plan on nursing all of them so I won't have much boob left when I am done.

Nose job and breast reduction. Was supossed to get them chopped off last year but opted to wait bc I want to breast feed.
