q on temping
sorry for all my questions, everyone on here is just so helpful!
I just started to chart my temp last month. my coverline was 97.2..the day before AF came my temp was 97.3 (so I had a suspicion AF was coming soon since I was approaching my coverline) and then yesterday when I actually got AF my temp was 97.3 again...and today my temp rose to 97.6! Is it possible for your temps to RISE during AF? I know if they stay above coverline there may be residual progesterone, but I can't find anything w/ regards to a temperature actually rising.. has this happened to anyone?

For me things tend to get a little funny during AF, don't worry about it too much. Some people don't even bother temping during AF.

For me, when AF first starts its at coverline or lower but then during AF it can vary...I somtimes don't start temping until AF is over.

Same here. My temps during AF were all over the map. They didn't settle into a pattern until after she left. The last month I temped, I gave myself a "break" during AF.

i stopped temping during AF because the temps are all across the map. its typical for temps to be wacky during AF. they will level off once AF is nearly over.
