Try manually getting the milk out. A lc taught me that you can squeeze your breasts downward. It is kind of like milking a cow. Also, try not to give up. Even if the pumping is not great, your milk won't disappear overnight. It will still be there for when you can nurse.

did you rent a hospital pump for home? if not you should for about a week or so.
