Protein for kids
Pedisure - my daughter drinks almost 2 a day. Any type of nuts. Try making peanut butter balls. You can cover them in chocolate and that is a relatively healthy snack with high impact. Try hiding the meats. Our daughter won't eat ground beef but will eat it when I hide it in a quesadilla. Oranges, bananas. Try eggs in different ways. She might like different cooking techniques. My daughter only eats fried eggs. She gags at scrambled or hard boiled.

Re: Protein for kids
My kids can't have nuts because of allergies. So I give them beans (all types), chickpeas, lentils, etc. which they like a lot... also Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu, quinoa, eggs, tuna & other fish.
