If u have used it internally how much the recommendations on the instructions seems a lot

yes the point is for lubrication but not to slide right out
use as much as u feel u need but every person i know including myself thought the amount they said to use was way to much

yep that is basically what is is..lube,it is just sperm friendly but in essence it is lube

I tried it with the applicator once and I felt so disgusting! Like pp, I use it like any lube, a little in me, a little on him. And it's still uber slippery lol.

Less is more with preseed! I found it very messy when I used the applicator. I agree with the girls- a dab goes a long way (no pun intended! lol)
