OTC Brain Strong w DHA supplement before that I was taking Spring Valley prenatals. My Dr. gave me the ok.
(I also take a calcium w/Vit D supplement)

I took one a day prenatals. I had trouble keeping them down during the first trimester so I started taking the gummies. Now I'm back to the one a days.
