Prenatals
What brand do you recommend? I have a zinc sensitivity so don't need one with too much of that? I picked up the centrums are they ne good?

Prenatals
I think most any prenatal is going to be ok. When you go to your first appointment your doctor will probably ask you what you've been taking and recommend something else if they think what you're taking doesn't have enough of something like iron etc.

I take Citranatal Assure, but I know the Citranatal Harmony is Zinc Free. You could ask for prescription for that one, it has DHA....

Just make sure you're also taking a DHA supplement with your pre-natals. Many come with it, but not all.
