prenatal vitamins.........
I feel like the prenatal vitamins topic comes in waves on here! It hasn't been mentioned in a while and I have a question ..
First of all, I still haven't found one that I like. I tried Citra Natal Assure and wasn't thrilled because it gave me bathroom issues I just got a sample of Natelle One. Anyone use it or hear of it?
Otherwise.. recommend yours......
ETA: right now I use Women's one a day + 400 folic acid but I'm running low and I think it's time to take the plunge with the real stuff!

Re: prenatal vitamins.........
I havent but I wanted to let you know that I have a very sensitive stomach, so I'm always afraid to take vitamins but since my m/c the dr told me to take any OTC prenatal, I ended up buying a Rite Aid brand bc I wasn't sure if they would bother me or not and I didn't want to spend tons of $$$. They're great, I don't have any problems with my stomach, they don't make me nauseous and I'm able to go to the bathroom regularly. I paid $10 for 100

Re: prenatal vitamins.........
I compared all the Rx brands I got as samples from my Dr. with over the counter ones and I found the best ones for me are Rainbow Light prenatal "one's" vitamins with the DHA suppliment.
They are all natrual, gentle on my tummy (they don't make me nauseous if I take them on an empty stomach, as well as "let me" go to the bathroom), and they have 1000mg of folic acid. They also have the highest dosage of almost all vitamins.
I get them through Amazon for really cheap!

Re: prenatal vitamins.........
I'm on Citra Natal Assure. I know you said you had bathroom issues with it. I'm the same way with any type of vitamin. My MD recommended I take it before I go to bed at night, therefore I can really just sleep thru stomach stuff. Don't know if that will help or if the bathroom issues are so bad that it just doesn't matter what time you take it. HTH!

Re: prenatal vitamins.........
Target brand. They are the only vitamins I've ever taken that don't make me throw up. Plus they're cheap.

I use the GNC ones and I really like them- they are the only vitamin that I ever took that didnt make me sick.... however, I have yet to find a DHA supplement that doesnt make me sick
