pregnant and waxing
i have waxed before but since getting pg there is an amazonian forest growing in my nether regions. i dont want/need a full brazillian but i do need alot cleaned up.
i know when you go you lay down and they get to work...but for anyone who has done this while very pg... is there any other way to do it? laying flat on my back hurts my back and the baby lays on my bladder suuuuper badly.
any tips before i take the plunge? ty!

Re: pregnant and waxing
is your waxer quick. Can you lie on your back for just a few minutes? my waxer does a full brazilian in under 5 mins so I would think a clean up wouldn't take long

Re: pregnant and waxing
I went at 38 weeks because my OB told me too (don't ask) and they had me lie on my sides. The lady kept laughing at me saying if I couldn't take the pain of the waxing, how was I going to deliver the baby. I managed lol.

Re: pregnant and waxing
I've had 2 or 3 regular bikini waxes this pregnancy so far (I'm 8 months) and the last one - my lord did it hurt. I laid on my sides, but I felt a lot more sensitive than usual. I would like to go one more time before I give birth (I went about a month ago) since I know I won't be going back again for a while after I give birth.
You can definitely lay on your side to get waxed.
