Post Partum Body

Hey ! So next month my son will be a year old and I have been able to lose the weight I gained while pregnant.. I am able to fit in all my clothes but my body is so different.. for those btdt moms, is this normal? I exercise but my body just isn't the same ..

Not sure if it is "normal" or not but I feel the same way. My weight is the same but my body shape is so different. Everything I owned before fits me very strangely now so I keep buying new things.

I think it varies from person to person - how you carried, how much you gained, etc. Everyone's body reacts differently after having a baby so there's no "norm".

Mich - your body is still adjusting - your uterus will most likely continue to shrink and clothes will fit you better.

I still don't feel like my body is the same, but I'd say about 2 years is when I felt more "normal". I was back in my regular jeans within 2 weeks after delivery, I work out 6x a week and eat healthy, and it still took 2 years for me to feel like I had my body back for the most part.

After my twins my body didn't bounce back at all lost all the weight by was just not the same. After my3rd my body went back to my "normal" my only big issue is stretchy skin on my stomach.
My point is every pregnancy a different. Your boy will react different. As long as you are eating somewhat heAlthy and u are exercising:.thereis not much else you can do
