Poll of sorts..
When you finally get that positive OPK, do you keep testing to see when your surge ends? Or do you just get your surge, and assume you O 48 hours later to conserve sticks?
ETA-- last month I kept POAS, mostly cause I couldn't believe my eyes that I got a positive OPK cause all of this confused the hell out of me before. Now, I feel like I should conserve sticks. Like, what's the point to keep POAS, even though I kinda want to-- it's fun!

When using OPKs, I usually would POAS one more afternoon after my positive.
When I got 2 +OPKs, I usually O'd the day after the second. When I only got 1, I usually O'd the day after that one.
With the CBEFM, I stop after I get the first day of peak, since the second day of peak and following high day are automatic.

This last cycle I tested one morning and got a neg. That night I got a +. The next morning I got a +, but that afternoon I got a neg. My ovulation was really fast! Basically, I ovulated within the first 12-20 hours after the + reading. Which is why I jumped DH's bones immediately.
