Anyone feel a little out of sorts while dieting?
I feel like out of it, more tired, a little anxiety, like I'm in a bubble... I'm wondering if my body is just getting used to getting less sugar and food in general... anyone else get this way?

I always feel "out of sorts" whenever I start dieting but by the 3rd day I feel more leveled out.
Do you exercise? If not it would probably help you feel better even a walk around the block could help.
Also sounds like you may need more water.

I realized that I think it was a lack of iron... I hadnt eaten red meat in 2 weeks! And TMI (but I had my Aunt Flo which causes loss of iron)... I just had a cheeseburger... hopefully I will feel better!
