While it can be a little overwhelming at first - once you close and you walk into the house that is all yours.... it's all worth it!!!! Good luck!

Same with us!
We closed in Nov 2004 and have gutted the entire house! Next up: finish the basement!
We am also interested in investment properties but right now just looking & researching.
