Does it frustrate anyone else that PMS symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are so similar?

I have light AF cramps at 8dpo and it can go either way. Im a mess

Yes... It's sooo frustrating. I never even thought about it till TTC and researching all the symptoms. I have no patience. Ugh
