hopefully its just an irritation to the cervix. Usually if you see bright red blood with cramping that is a real cause for alarm.
Also, it takes a while for the HCG to leave your system after a MC, a few days. So its not like you would have symptoms in the morning and then in teh afternoon they would be gone.
It is normal for syptoms to come and go during pregnancy.

I agree. You could have a small hematoma in your uterus or your cervix could be irritated. Did you have s e x? Try not to worry and ask for an ultrasound. Best of luck!

Re: Please send prayers - UPDATE
that's exactly what happened with me!
even though my Dr didn't tell me to, I DID take my activity down a couple notches just in case...
but I NEVER had spotting again! I hope your experience is the same

I just went to the bathroom and there was red blood when I wiped. I haven't spotted at all. There was also red blood in the toilet. I'm freaking out. I'm waiting for a call back from my doctor's office. Please send any prayers you have.
Update: Thank you so much for your prayers. By the time I went to the doctor a few hours later, the bleeding had stopped. The doctor said everything looked good and my cervix was nice and long. She did a sono and I got to see the baby and the heartbeat. I can't believe how much the baby has changed since my last sono.
I've never been so scared or upset, but I'm so relieved now. Thank you again.
Oh I'm soooo happy that everything is OK!!!!!
