Please send prayers - UPDATE
I just went to the bathroom and there was red blood when I wiped. I haven't spotted at all. There was also red blood in the toilet. I'm freaking out. I'm waiting for a call back from my doctor's office. Please send any prayers you have.  
Update:
Thank you so much for your prayers. By the time I went to the doctor a few hours later, the bleeding had stopped. The doctor said everything looked good and my cervix was nice and long. She did a sono and I got to see the baby and the heartbeat. I can't believe how much the baby has changed since my last sono.
I've never been so scared or upset, but I'm so relieved now. Thank you again.

I'm 11 weeks. No cramping, but my boobs don't really feel sore now. They were sore earlier today. I'm so scared.

hopefully its just an irritation to the cervix. Usually if you see bright red blood with cramping that is a real cause for alarm.
Also, it takes a while for the HCG to leave your system after a MC, a few days. So its not like you would have symptoms in the morning and then in teh afternoon they would be gone.
It is normal for syptoms to come and go during pregnancy.

I know you went to the doctor recently (yesterday?) - did you have any kind of exam or did they just do the heartbeat? I know when I had my last exam the doc told me not to be alarmed if I saw blood/spotting because an exam can sometimes aggravate the cervix.

I had bright red blood at 5 weeks... I've been there... it's so scary 
just lay down, wait for your Dr. to call back, and insist on an emergency appt.
don't be worried about your boob pain going away, becuase it frequently does so at 11 weeks anyway......
(In my case, it was bright red when I wiped one morning, with very little in the toilet... and it never happened again. Crouton was fine but it scared the cr@p out of us for quite a while  The only thing I can think of that might have contributed to it was that I overexerted myself 1 or 2 days earlier and did a TON of carpet steam-cleaning...)
