we used Donna Rosen from Feldman, Kramer & Monoco in Hauppauge i think... she was fantastic!! Many of my friends used her as well...

I thought you had one, Kathleen, from our last FM?
If not, we loved working with our lawyer - he made sure to find all the extra clauses and saved us some money along the way during contract negotiations.
Plus, he's also working on the estate sale for my DH's grandmother who passed away in July and settled the estate for DH's other grandparent's a few years ago. So he well versed in house sales and lingo.

Yes I do have one...I haven't actually spoken to him...Just paranoid that he is away or not able to take us....that is just me. Trying to have a back up

I guess so... we have a legal plan as part of our benefits- it only cost us $40 to close!
