URGENT Recommend your Real Estate Lawyer
Hi,
We are looking for a real estate lawyer. And I am having a hard time finding one. We aren't using a real estate agent and am reluctant to use the one the other agent is recommending. We have to move on this quicklike.
If you recommend yours, can you please let me know. We are looking for an attorney who specialized in real estate not one that does it on the side kinda deal.
If you recommend yours, please list them for us or FM me! It would be good to hear prices as well. It would be great if it was a lawyer who responds quickly and maybe even emails their client back and forth.

Before I start making some phone calls, can you give me some advice as to how to pick the best lawyer.
I don't think price alone should be an indicator of who is the best choice for us.
Perhaps those of you who have gone through this process have some ideas.
My husband and I split this up..he did Inspection & I picked the Lawyer. He got his guy ready and now he is rubbing it in! 
Please advise!

IMO opinion best way is to get a recommendation and then call and talk to the attorney. Ask about the process and see if you feel comfortable with them. Price isn't everything.....but you can get a great lawyer at a fair price.

Because you asked, I would say to go with one who is very familiar with the township in which you are purchasing.

As for choosing one,
I would not go by the recomendation of my Real Estate Agent, mine or the sellers.
I already knew our lawyer personally and knew what kind of person and attorney he was.
He is a great guy and knows his stuff... I really didn't need to look further!
