i would see what you are using to clean them with first.
My DH had horrible eczema. We had him aquaphored and vaselined up for weeks, until we realized that it was from fabric softener that was on our clothes, not his and his baby wash.
We now only use cetaphil was and lotion as an everyday thing.
We do put the aquaphor and vaseline on to spot treat bad spots. Basically I will oil him up and them rub it all down with a warm washcloth and then follow up with the lotion after a bath.

I'm no hippy, but trader joe's coconut oil works wonders. It's $5.99 a jar and it lasts forever.

CeRave was recommended by my ped and 3 different dermatologists . It is the best thing EVER!

do you just use regular Cerave or is there a special baby one?
