My heart is breaking for you. You sound as close to your mom as I am to mine, and I can only imagine what you are going through. Your mom knows that you're pregnant, and would want nothing but what's safe for you and her grandchild. Can you have someone put the phone to her ear, so see hears your voice? Many continued prayers

My sister and aunt are with my mom now. She has been admitted to ICU. they did a spinal tap to try and get answers, but they have to wait for the dr before they can be told any results. Because of her temp and possible infections I am not allowed to go because I am pregnant. Which is now killing me more. The thought of her being in the ER alone for 12 hours is devastating enough to me, now this. They're now thinking this is a more complex issue then just a stroke.
My daughter just got out of her knee surgery. Everything went great.
Thank you all for your prayers, well wishes and kind words. They mean more to me then you know.

My mom had something very similar.. Ended up her sodium was a 9 and her body was shutting down. She was in icu for a week and has some memory loss but is otherwise fine. Good luck!

Thank you again to everyone!!
My daughter came through her knee surgery with flying colors. She is sore, but that's to be expected. Tomorrow will hopefully be the worst of it and then better from there.
My sister has been with my mom all day from about noon on until a little while ago. MRI shows she definitely had a stroke. She will talk to the neurologist tomorrow in more depth about the severity and complexity. They're still trying to find the source of the fever though, and until that goes away I've been advised not to visit  hopefully it goes away soon.
One of my sisters friends went to visit and had my mom laughing. Onr of my moms close friends was there and was joking with her and she flipped him off. Lol. So she's "in there" we just have to get her back out.
I sincerely thank you all again for sending your prayers and well wishes. I can't wait to tell her about and show her this thread and all the love and support from everyone.
