PLEASE NEED QUICK ANSWERS!!
Please tell me if the Deer Park area where the numbered streets are are good areas. I was told they are the best area of Deer Park.

some of the numbered streets are close to wyandanch which needs improvement.

my aunt and uncle lived on Mark Lane which was across the street from W 12th street and that was a pretty good area

my friend also lived on 12th, it was nice but too close to the train tracks.

My parents just moved to W 4th Street b/t Grand and Lake - good neighbors...close to DPA but you do hear the train...once you get used to it, you don't even hear it anymore.

My aunt lives on W23rd, and although it might be closer to Wyandanch, they're in a really nice neighborhood. The families are close, and the kids are always out playing.
