as for those that say it’s only a 2 seater vs. a 4 seater... some don't live they live with kids or heck, even partners so why would a 4 seat car be needed in that situation? I drive a 2 seater car for almost 8 years and it has served me perfectly.
as far as efficiency the smart car is made of recycled parts and offers good gas mileage...
This car is not for everybody.
You don't need to attack everyone with a big SUV.
I actually was asking for reasons to like this car.
I could not a reason just based on gas mileage and price.
Just said it was made of recycled parts. Good to know!

I think the big thing now is that the Smart Car is so hyped and seems "in" or trendy....

I'm not attacking any one..just pointing out facts of life..
I drive a crossover also 20mpg..just brought it last week. We consider the Ford Escape Hybrid but no good deals plus we were looking for features not found on it. Ford Escape currently the biggest truck gives you about 34mpg HWY
There are many benefits to driving a small car as some users suggested, you can park pretty much any where which is true. Now in my crossover, i'm limited in spots.

There is no way I could ever drive around in a car this small...green or not green...it's just too tiny and I don't drive an SUV either. When I was in Rome last year, EVERYONE there drives one of these...they do it though because they are easy to park there...you can fit two of these in one regular space...or, in Rome's case, they get three or four of them in a regular space...it was quite funny.
