I just got my prego belly rings delivered today! Although I wish I found this thread sooner! I ordered from a site I found from another message board and the PP's link has way cuter selections! I got mine from bodycandy.com.
I'm 15 weeks and really want to try to keep it in as long as I can then switch to the maternity flexible rings. I have not even asked my dr. yet but my friend kept hers in for a while but did eventually take it out and never put it back in, 4 kids later.
I think that if/when they become uncomfortable there should be time to remove them before there is any danger. Just keep a watch on them.

I took my belly out around 25 weeks or so I can't remember. It just got uncomfortable. As for your pircings I'd take it off when you're ready to. Before labor ofcourse. There's no right or wrong time.

The belly one i would take out around 20 weeks or when your belly starts getting bigger. The nipples, i guess when they start bothering you...i don't have experience with that. The va-jay-jay piercing i have no idea about...maybe you should ask your doctor....
