Pie Pops!
I made some pie pops last night with store-bought pie crust. I want to make them for our Halloween bake-off at work so I did a trial run last night. They were amazing! I made them with raspberry and dark chocolate filling. I coated the tops with melted butter and sprinkled them with sanding sugar to make them look cute, too. I put a little too much filling in some of them, but they were still delicious. I had some treat bags lying around from when I did cake pops, so I stuck them in there and tied them with some ribbon I had lying around as well.

Here's a link to the recipe.

I just bought the pillsbury refrigerated dough (it was right next to the crescent rolls and stuff). Super easy- you don't even need a rolling pin.

But making the dough isn't that bad either, especially if you have a Kitchenaid stand mixer. That thing is amazing!

Re: Pie Pops!
I got the sticks at Party City because it's right next door to Stop n Shop and I was too lazy to go to Michael's. All of my baking stuff is at my mom's house so I didn't have any of my cookie cutters with me. I would usually use a 2" round though. Instead, I used the top of a pint glass. Ghetto fabulous and proud of it!

I wanted to do pumpkin as well and still couldn't find any pumpkin filling anywhere! I've tried 2 stop n shops, target, trader joe's, and BJs to no avail! I made them with the apple filling recipe on the link up there and they were delicious, too. I didn't do chocolate pudding, I just threw some chocolate chips in with my raspberry filling, but chocolate pudding would definitely be delicious in there!
As for the sticks, you just kinda press them into the dough before you put the filling on. Then when you put the top piece of the pie on you press it around the stick, I used the fork that I used when I made the little design on the edges.
