Re: picture day

The kids had picture day at day care, we dressed them up cute, and they came out cute but the cheapest package is 40$ x 2 kids is too much for us. I called the company and they wouldn't work out a deal. I'm so disappointed. I didn't think it would be that much. Will it always be that much even later with school pictures? Maybe later wewill be better off financially.
I recently did groupons at jcpenny but these came out cute too and I can't help but feel sad!
Did they take a picture of the siblings together? If so, you could just get that one. I agree with the PP I would say something to the day care.

The cheapest packages for both the private nursery school my DD goes to and my DS elementary school are high $20s or $30+.

Re: picture day
These daycare and preschool picture prices floor me. $40 and $50?! I get that they are a fundraiser for the school, but it's ridiculous. You can go to Target and pay $3.99 a sheet, and they have cute backdrops.
My kids in elementary and high school's cheapest package is around $25 I believe. Such a rip off for what it is!

I have the same problem at my girls daycare. The prices are just too much. I go to a photographer twice a year and get beautiful photos taken and then have the rights to all of the photos. Cost me about $150 a year but I get many wonderful pictures that I can use how I want.
