My husbands truck was parked on the street overnight with commerical plates (not a work truck, but because of the weight of the truck DMV insisted on commercial plates). We are having work done on the house and the workmen show up at the crack of dawn so I had parked it on the street. the ticket has a court date but DH is a merchant marine and won't be home for it.
My question is, can I go to the court date on his behalf?
