Packing away summer clothes, has anyone started
That yet ? Both kids wore long pants today, wondering if shorts season is really over

Packing away summer clothes, has anyone started
It's going to be 80 again by the end of the week so I wouldn't pack everything away yet.
I started integrating the "fall" wardrobe but, haven't packed up summer yet - I'm in denial.

Nope- it was almost 90 last week and going to be 80 again this week.
DD hates wearing pants and long sleeves so I hold out until the bitter end.
She is SOOOO my kid!
I share her hatred of all that itchy fabric on my body too!

Yes I did. All the tank tops and shorts are away. I left all the short sleeves, and capris out and some dresses. I took out jeans and long sleeve tees

I still have summer clothes out. Just putting pants and shorts sleeves on DS when needed.

I was thinking about doing it this week. I have to check the forecast. I may keep out one or two short sleeve shirts and a pair of shorts in the event we have some nice weather, but I plan on making the switch soon.
I did a lot of it today. I left out a couple of pairs of shorts/t-shirts and the rest are within reach. I pulled out stuff that I don't think will fit next year for donation.

I started the process somewhat yesterday. Made a bag of summer clothes that I'm going to donate. Went through last year's clothes and pulled out a few pairs of pants and long sleeved shirts that should still fit him for this year. Like others said, I put DS in pants and a t-shirt today, but I'm not ready to put away the shorts yet.

I did. I cleaned out the drawers and closet and made a bag of clothes to donate and switched the summer clothes with the fall clothes. I did leave out some short sleeves though for the warmer days.

Yes, I did. I had the time so took out all the long sleeve shirts and pants. If it got very warm again, the shorts are within reach

I actually just did this today. I didn't pack ALL her summer stuff away. I left out some shorts and tanks and left some sandals. Just starting the process.
