ovulation kit need help

okay girls so i just bought my ovulation kit with the smiley face how do i use it and when do i start testing, i am on cycle day 8 ovulate between 14-17 days. and when do i bd the day of the smiley?? let me know your experiences with it and how likely is it to work to get me my bfp

how far apart are your cycles usually??

i use these kits too.. and i have a 28 day cycle so i start at CD11..

with these tests do NOT take with FMU..

test between 2 - 8pm.. at the same time everyday..
do a 4 hour hold.. and try not to drink anything within that 4 hours..

when you get the BD that night and the next 2 nights...
so 3 days in a row!!

There's tons of posts on this!

Basically, you have to know your cycle length... then you'll want to read the instruction booklet and start testing based on your shortest recent cycle length.

Once you get the +OPK, I recommend BDing that day and the next three days.

why cant i take it with fmu? i dont see it on the instructions can you please let me know why. i dont think i can hold urine that long its gonna be hard

I am new at this too.

But from what i understand you shouldn't use FMU because you could have your surge later in the day.
