out again..ivf here we come
Well,I cannot believe it has come to this but it has..19 months and not a pregnancy I have been able to hold so we are on to ivf...I am scared and sad but what can you do but move on. Guess this is just they way we have to go to get the baby we want more than anything. Here goes nothing

I am so sorry Gina- I can relate...almost 2 yrs TTC, 6 failed iui's and we are also going to do IVF.
It wouldnt be a bad idea to take a break for a month just to get mentally prepared. We took off for the summer & it felt wonderful but now I am ready!

awww g im soooooo sorry!! its not fair that its taking so long or that there are any complications bc you dont deserve that at all.
and while it sucks for all you have been through and still have to embark on a part of me is happy you are able to do the ivf now. i see more positive outcomes with ivf and i hope thats your story too.

it took me 18 months and IVF to get my sticky bean. she's 4 months old now and the most amazing thing I've ever seen. you will get there, it's only a matter of time!!
once you've done medicated cycles, IVF isn't that bad. there are a few things here and there that are actually better (much shorter wait to test after transfer, knowing how many embies are in there, knowing they fertilized...). def FM if you have any questions or need anything!! the hardest part for me was accepting that that is what it would take to get to my baby. everything after that was injections and lots of .

i'm so sorry gina we are in a similar situation......after 2.5 years, if this month's IUI doesn't work, we're headed to IVF. it's totally scary but we both will have our sticky babies SOON!! if you ever want to talk, please FM!
